About Us

Our History

Komrades Medicare, herein KM was established in August 2023. The onset of the set up was a respite homecare service and also an ambulance service.
Reasons behind the establishment, was that during the covid pandemic of 2020-2022, there was a challenge with all those who contracted the virus and hence bed allocation in hospitals was a challenge and hence most families did not want to go to the government isolation facilities, due to this most families opted to retain their families at home. Hence the need to start a home-to-home service to look after those affected and those infected with the covid virus.
